Course Description
Inside Leadership Module 4: Rev them up. Participants will gain understanding on how underlying human needs influence individual and group behavior, how to create a healthy and functional team environment, learn different stages of team formation and how to discover what motivates people, and demonstrate delegation and recognition as key team-building strategies.
