Course Description
This course will provide an overview of Autism Spectrum Disorder including: common characteristics, terminology, etiology, diagnostic criteria, treatments, as well as environmental interventions and supports. Focus will be to give participants a summary of each area so that they have working knowledge to apply immediately in their professional work environment.
