This is a renewal course for Healthcare Providers. Students must have a current BLS card to be eligible for this class. Many healthcare industries and professionals are required to have this level of CPR training.. This course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics. This course includes adult, child, and infant CPR and AED use in addition to bag-valve mask ventilation and how to care for someone who is choking. American Heart Association BLS certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
