Heartsaver FA with CPR AED

Course Description

This course teaches the first aid skills needed to assist a person who is suffering a medical emergency or traumatic injury. The basic techniques of adult CPR and how to use an AED are also included. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of four major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and foreign-body airway obstruction. American Heart Association First Aid and CPR/AED certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
