Course Description
TThis course explores project management principles and practices, including project initiation, project team roles and responsibilities, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project schedule creation, resource planning and management, project budget and risk plan definition, project communications, change request processing and procurement documents, and project tools and documentation.
