This course focuses on the philosophy and history of policing, limitations imposed on law enforcement in a democratic society in accordance with the Constitution; and the role and place of law enforcement in the total criminal justice process. Topics include Use of Force, Scenarios, and Physical Evidence Collection. Lecture.
